Bajaj Finserv Loan Statement Password (2026)
Read in: English · বাংলা · ગુજરાતી · हिन्दी · ಕನ್ನಡ · മലയാളം · मराठी · தமிழ் · తెలుగు
Bajaj Finserv says loan statements usually open with your date of birth (DDMMYYYY) or registered mobile number; some pages also mention PAN, so the download screen or email is the final word.
| Document | Password | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Loan statement / statement of account (secured loans) | Date of birth as DDMMYYYY e.g. Born 15 May 1990: 15051990 | Confirmed by the issuer Source |
| Loan statement / statement of account (secured loans) | Registered mobile number (10 digits) e.g. Mobile 9876504321: 9876504321 | Confirmed by the issuer Source |
| Auto loan statement | Date of birth, described by Bajaj as DD/MM/YYYY e.g. Born 15 May 1990: try 15051990, then 15/05/1990 | Confirmed by the issuer Source |
| EMI statement (some documents) | PAN or date of birth e.g. PAN ABCDE1234F: ABCDE1234F | Confirmed by the issuer Source |
A Bajaj Finserv (Bajaj Finance) loan statement usually opens with your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format, for example 15051990 for someone born on 15 May 1990. If that fails, try your registered mobile number, then your PAN.
As of October 2026, Bajaj Finserv's own help pages do not all give the same answer, so treat this as a short list to try. The password hint on the download screen or in the email the statement came with is the authority.
What Bajaj Finserv's pages say
| Bajaj Finserv page | What it says |
|---|---|
| Secured loan statement | "The password is generally your registered mobile number or date of birth (DDMMYYYY)." |
| Auto loan statement | "The password is typically your Date of Birth in the DD/MM/YYYY format." |
| EMI statement | Some statements use "your PAN or date of birth". Bajaj adds that this isn't standard for every document, so check the download screen or instructions. |
The common thread is your date of birth. The words "generally", "typically" and "often" are Bajaj's own, which is why it is worth knowing the alternatives.
Worked example
Ravi Kumar, born 15 May 1990, mobile 9876504321, PAN ABCDE1234F (all made-up). Try in this order:
15051990(date of birth, DDMMYYYY)9876504321(registered mobile number, 10 digits, without +91)15/05/1990(date of birth with slashes, as worded on the auto loan page)ABCDE1234F(PAN in capitals)
Getting the statement
You can download a loan statement from the Bajaj Finserv app or the My Account customer portal by choosing the loan and the statement option. Statements can also be emailed to your registered email address. Statements that are emailed or downloaded are usually the ones that are password-protected.
If the password doesn't work
- Leading zeros. 5 March 1992 is
05031992, not531992. - Date of birth in Bajaj's records. Use the date of birth on your loan application or KYC. If it was recorded wrongly, the password will match the wrong date.
- Which mobile number? Use the number registered on the loan, not a new number you never updated. Leave out +91 and the leading zero.
- Co-applicants and business loans. The password usually follows the primary borrower's details. For a business loan, check the email, which may use the company's details.
- Read the email or screen. Bajaj says the format can differ by document, so the hint that comes with the file wins over any list.
- Still stuck? Download the statement again from the app, or raise a request through Bajaj Finserv's customer support.
Removing the password so you don't have to type it again
Once the file opens, you can keep a copy without the password. On iPhone, iPad or Mac, UnKey does this offline: you type the password once, it saves an unlocked copy, and nothing is uploaded. It only works when you already know the password. It does not guess or crack passwords. On Android, the PDF opens with the password in Google Files, Google Drive or Adobe Acrobat Reader, and you can save a copy without the password by printing it to PDF. Keep the unlocked copy somewhere private, because anyone who gets it can read it.
